Thanks for the information. I was thinking of switching to Bank of 
America, but now I am not so sure.

Are you saying BofA uses Oracle/Sun/EMC?

Somehow, I doubt if I told BofA anything about Citigroup, they would 
listen to me. Probably give me a security escort  back to wherever I 
came from.
