Uh, no it isn't. That parameter is for the speed of the bus the ide
controler is on, ie, PCI/VESA. Unless you have some server, or high end
workstation hardware that's 33Mhz, or maybe as low as 25Mhz. IIRC that
number is used for setting some timing registers on some controlers.

Oh, the idebus parameter is ranged from 20 to 66. See the comments about
it in drivers/ide/ide.c in your nearest kernel tree.

Probably, or just a complaint from the kernel when it gets to that part.
It's only for PIO modes anyway, so it shouldn't actually effect you.
