[Tfug] ISP for Qwest DSL

Christopher,

This has been a problem (sort of along the same line as you stated) since
DSL rolled out here in town June '98. I was doing DSL support for
AzStarnet back then and I used to get lots of calls from new customers
saying that the Qwest person was trying to sell then on their service
instead of ours. This was even after the customer told them the host they
wished to signup with.

Once in a while I still hear of the same problems coming from our tech
support team. I would be willing to document these cases to help in a
fight against "the man".
