[Tfug] network install?

I have a spare machine that has RedHat 7.2 installed.  I want to upgrade to the latest Redhat, or perhaps Mandrake 9.0.  Here's my question:  Can I do an installation over a LAN with a WinXP machine?  I'm not exactly sure how to do it.  I can either download files to the Windows machine, or I can use the Redhat machine to get files directly from the internet.  I considered using a net-install distro like Gentoo, but decided against it for now.
