FYI - Actiontec isn't a S/W package or firewall product, it's a brand name of 
DSL modem/gateway (i.e. Linksys Cable/DSL Router, Belkin Wireless Gateway, 
etc.). That being said, the Actiontec, like many others, has NAT built-in  
(in addition to DHCP, routing, etc.). So it's already doing IPMasq.
