Well, it depends on what your video card is, and what your bottle necks
are, how much ram, and what type/speed of hard disk drive do you have.
The Duron 1300 would give you SSE support, which the 700 does not have.
Also the 600MHz would help a bit, as well as the hardware prefetch
abilities of the morgan core.
I would probably suggest going with the 200MHz fsb Thunderbird, it would
max out the board, and give you the most life in the system.

You also probably need, a heatsink and fan unit (the one on your duron
probably can't cut it for the Thunderbird...)
