I forgot to add to the original request that I want to be able to 
maintain a MySQL or PostgreSQL database with secure access by a few 
members.  Also a calendar with similar access if that would not be from 
the database which I would guess it could.  I would not expect extensive 
(if any) support as I am in the process of learning how to do this.

The most important item now is a ballpark price so we can make the 
initial decision.

AFAIK I now have the domain.
