I am pretty sure we've had customers use the port forwarding option with
the actiontecs. I know the VPN pass through, or whatever they call it,
will forward all the ports to a given host and I know it works.
I would suggest calling into tech support and having our supervisor, Gus,
give it a shot. Could be a bug too, but I'd exhaust that option first.
