This came up back in Oct - here's a summary of responses then:

Try SecureCRT if you want a full-featured (not free) client or you can try
PuTTY if you want free and low-end. :)

I forget where you can get PuTTY, but try tucows.com.  SecureCRT is at
vandyke.com. :)

There are about a million ssh clients available for windows. If you are 
with the university you can grab 3 from <http://www.u.arizona.edu/ssh>.
Barring that, www.openssh.org has a veritable bucketload of links to 
different clients that would work for you.

I use Terra Term SSH (www.zip.com.au/~roca/ttssh.html), an extension to
Terra Term Pro.
