[Tfug] Debian Linux on Libretto

I have been unable to get my "prism2" cards (Linksys WPC11) to be
recognized by the prism2 driver.
If I use the Orinoco driver, all is well. But the second I edit the
/etc/pcmcia/config file and put in for prism2, I get the device as
wlan0, but it is inconfigurable. When I use the Orinoco driver, it
becomes eth1 and I can iwconfig and ifconfig it to my heart's content.
Any ideas?

You will want to change your pcmcia configs, but I would recomend
anything
with a prism2 chipset (Belkin, linksys, dlink, etc), and are rather
cheap.
On the expensive side I like the Cisco Aironet 350.
