[Tfug] Grub question

Was trying to replace LILO with Grub. First it made it  where LILO would
still come up, and selecting NT would bring up grub. Now It boots to grub
and the NT menu selection gives grub again. Also trying to mount the NT
partition gives bad superblock or unknown fs.

Any ideas how to get win2K working again?
