[Tfug] subdomains

I've been looking around at the docs.  I'm not exactly clear on how to
subdomain.  Such as

hobby.mysite.com.

With this being www.mysite.com/hobby/

It appears from the docs all I need is a DNS entry for hobby.mysite.com and
a

<VirtualDomain hobby.mysite.com. 123.123.123.123>
    DocumentRoot /web/mysite.com/hobby/
</VirtualDomain>

Am I on the right track?
