There are many.  Two I know of that are publicly accessible on
purpose (as in their owners knowingly put them there for the public to
use) are at Safehouse coffee shop (Speedway just E. of Alvernon) and
Hotel Congress. I have'nt used the one at Congress in 6 months or so,
there was a rumor they were going to yank it due to abuse.  The access @
Safehouse'll cost you a beverage or two.
